Mediterranean Brunch Voyage
Starting 5 July, every Saturday from 12.30pm to 3pm, Mosella invites you to join us for our Mediterranean Buffet Brunch. This season’s culinary journey spotlights the refined flavours of France, featuring a decadent lineup of artisanal cheeses, coastal classics like saffron seafood bouillabaisse and Champagne-seared scallops, hearty favourites such as duck confit parmentier and cassoulet de Toulouse, alongside Mediterranean crowd-pleasers such as grilled Atlantic lobster eggs benedict, pan-seared duck foie gras, and crispy escargot croquettes. Round off the experience by indulging in classic French desserts like violet and cassis opera cake and tarte au citron meringuée.
Aperitivo Gold at Florette
Keep the good times flowing after brunch at Florette on level 11, our speciality cocktail bar! Each adult will receive one complimentary Aperitivo Gold voucher at Mosella, unlocking a house pour to enjoy during our daily Aperitivo Gold from 3pm to 7pm at Florette. Delight in a selection of Italian aperitifs and let the afternoon unfold in Florette's inviting atmosphere.
