A vibrant celebration of Mediterranean abundance unfolds every Saturday at Mosella, where sun soaked flavours, live culinary theatre and convivial dining come together amidst lush garden surrounds.

The experience begins with a selection of welcome tapas, thoughtfully crafted as hand held bites designed for sharing. Guests can then explore a generous spread of Mediterranean classics, freshly shucked oysters, a Butcher Charcuterie Board and an artisanal Fromagerie further showcase premium produce from land and sea.

At the heart of the brunch are the live cooking stations, where chefs present smoky grilled meats and seafood from the Josper Basque Grill, alongside Spanish paella and fire kissed coastal specialities that adds depth and indulgence to the experience.

Desserts take centre stage with one of Singapore’s largest cheese inspired dessert presentations. Curated by Chef Eunice, the selection features creations such as Gorgonzola Cheesecake and Burrata with honey, alongside theatrical highlights including Valrhona Chocolate Raclette poured over Spanish churros.

Lively DJ sets and live jazz complete the afternoon, alongside free flow beverage packages featuring Mediterranean wines, Champagnes and Singapore’s first free flow Frosé.
