Terms & Conditions

The Website is operated by Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore (i.e. the Hotel). These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be understood in conjunction with the information included under Things To Note and Redemption Instructions of the product page.

General Terms and conditions

This Voucher is:

• Valid for one-time use at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore only.
• Valid within the stated validity period and strictly no extensions of the validity period will be allowed.
• Not valid if altered or tampered in any way.
• Not valid unless presented and redeemed by the Voucher Bearer named on the Voucher.
• Non-transferable, non-refundable in any way and not valid for cash exchange.
• Not valid on the eve of public holidays, public holidays and blackout dates as determined by the Hotel.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, privileges, memberships or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
• Not valid for replacement if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or voided, or degraded in any manner that precludes proper redemption of the Voucher

The Voucher shall:

• Entitle the Bearer to only the privileges and inclusions stated on the face of the Voucher.
• Exclude any other spending, charges or fees incurred associated with the redemption of the Voucher. Any such charges shall be borne by the Bearer and payable to the Hotel.

Voucher usage:

• When redeeming vouchers for Shopping products, please take note that pre-orders are required and should be placed at least three to five working days in advance.
• For bulk orders, pre-orders should be placed at least seven working days in advance.
• For all orders, products are subject to availability. Orders placed after 5pm are considered the next day's orders, and will be processed on the next working day.
• The Voucher must be presented to the Hotel Associate for redemption before use.
• For Vouchers involving alcoholic products, or for spa treatments, redemptions are only accepted from individuals aged 18 years and above.
• The Hotel Management shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from misuse of the Voucher.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to decline any Voucher redemption at its own discretion, and is not obligated in any manner to disclose its decision.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to review the terms and conditions and make amendments without prior notice.

• By purchasing and using this voucher, You, the Buyer and the Bearer whom may be a third party, agrees to the Privacy Policy at panpacific.com/en/privacy-policy.html, and consent to the Pan Pacific Hotels Group and their related corporations (collectively, "PPHG") collecting, using and disclosing your personal data. PPHG is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your personal data. Your information will only be used to enhance your experience with us and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Redemption Instructions

• Voucher can only be used at Mosella restaurant located in Pan Pacific Orchard 
• Prior reservation with Mosella is required and is subject to availability.

• Voucher can only be used for direct reservations made with the respective restaurants, not via third parties platforms. 
• Kindly present the voucher to the staff when placing your order.
